Would you please quit embarrassing the accounting profession? Did you get fired by THQ at some point which has made you so bitter? I also have concerns about stock valuations, PE's, and goodwill. However, I still use my brain rather than my emotions. THQ at least has earnings which can be used to justify a stock price. If you are against any company which has a low book value or inflated expectations, there are hundreds of candidates out there that, IMO, are much more suspect than THQ.
