I agree with you on the results of a startup company. Look at Amazon they are still in the red but their share price is almost $100.

I sure hope they have a good reserve of cash in the bank. I think this investment bank deal is vital right now for their continuity and share price appreciation.

The move to NY is definately a cost cutting move.

Need to get some feedback from management about these issues.

Price is going down !!! maybe good buying opportunities..!!!!!

I agree with you. This surely is no bad result for a company in its first year.
Lets all keep in mind that the investment banking firm mentioned in the pre-announced will surely have done some solid dd. If that contract goes through, they appearently don't mind this minor loss as well.
