I am a long time lurker, and will be signing up for life within the next month. I am also a cvia shareholder. I spoke to Jack Arnold to to ask him a few . These are the answer that I received. 1. The merger is a done deal. 2. The reverse split is also a done deal, there will be no change. 3. WOTD original plan was to do a 500 to 1 reverse split. 4. There will be news releases soon, WOTD is in the talks with several companies at present, including 2 petroleum companies, one in which is a $50million++ company. 5. He will be 1 of 5 board of directors, and will be in charge of investor relations. The CEO of WOTD is Patrick Charles. 6. The company has a goal of 200 million within 2 years.
