The Fosbach Report, (newsletter) has reported that average mutual fund cash positions are currently at 4 1/2%, near record low levels. If a correction of any meaningful size takes place, redemptions would force fund selling to raise needed $$'s. Haven't seen fund inflow/outflow numbers yet.

Inflows to equities jumped to $6.5 billion has week from about $700 million the week before. I'm at work, so I do not have the link or I would post it. I just looked at the flows last evening.
