Unless DSL, is a subsidiary of DGIV, and note they are in Santa Monica as well, but at a different address, I would not be so hasty as to make them out to be DGIV.

I really like DGIV the way they implemented business.
Mr. Chin understand the difficulty and impacts from other telco giants and competitors. He won't discover company info in detail to the public as "nake body", he always picks the right time to disclose the necessary company info.

After Indonesia and Russia deals, this company is at a stage that "1 + 1 = 10" from now on. Guys, One more deal from one more telco could make DGIV the picture much much clear,, stay tune!
