To answer your question about why I like TELEW, it is simple;

1) the warrants are at the money with an exercise price of $3.11

2) the stock is grossly undervalued, IMHO, based on their intention to raise the $15-20 million from the IPO of US Computer Group.

3) even without the IPO, the acquisition implies the company has grown from $6 million in revenues to approx. $30 million

4) the company has stated its intentions to continue its acquisition strategy, and although they are a little slow on the consummation process, perhaps it is because they do extensive due diligence.

That's pretty much the quick over view and the reasons why I like the stock and the warrants; however, as far as any quick scoring, I wouldn't anticipate this to be any high flier; rather, this may be just a slow quiet plodder as it walks its way to $10.00 per share.
