Richard, Do you follow UTI??? the stock has based nicely at each level up since the double bottom at 12. The technicals look real good and earnings should be in line at worst. Take a good look at it..it was a momentum player favorite in the past and is currently showing signs of attracting those players back. If this thing gets a head of steam behind it we could be looking at 30's minimum by Sept.....possibly even higher depending on conditions.
