Get Closer and More Personal by sending Voice or
Video E-mail Messages with Video Express from
ImageMind Software

Video Express lets anyone enjoy richer, more human communication
by sending and receiving personal voice or video e-mail messages
with their existing e-mail software

Unique Internet streaming technology allows immediate playback via
Microsoft NetShow -- with no file attachments and no waiting for
long file downloads

LAS VEGAS, NetWorld/Interop, May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Looking for an easy way to
add a more intimate, human touch to your e-mail messages? Now there's a new software
product called Video Express that lets anyone create and send personal voice or video
e-mail messages over the Internet.

Now users of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, America Online,
Netscape Communicator, Eudora, EudoraPro, Novel GroupWise, ccMail and other
popular e-mail software can now send and receive instant personal voice or video e-mail
messages using Video Express, a $49.95 multimedia messaging package from
ImageMind Software.

Unlike other, less efficient approaches to voice and video e-mail, Video Express uses
Internet streaming technology to play messages instantly, as they arrive across the
Internet and onto the recipient's computer -- just like a radio or TV broadcast. Streaming
means that Video Express can deliver voice or video messages without any long
downloads or large file attachments.

Easy Send, Easy Receive

Video Express includes all of the software tools necessary to prepare and send voice or
video e-mail messages using the sound capabilities already built into most PC systems
and widely available video capture devices.

Easily record a Video Express message and send just like normal e-mail. While a
standard e-mail message goes to the recipient, Video Express automatically uploads the
multimedia portion to its own dedicated server on the Internet for temporary storage.

Later, when the recipient checks their e-mail, an embedded link automatically accesses
and plays back streaming messages using their own Web Browser, and the Microsoft
NetShow Player version 2.0, a free streaming multimedia playback utility available at
www.microsoft.com/netshow. Later versions of Video Express will leverage the new
Microsoft Media Player, which will be included in future versions of Microsoft Windows.
Recipients can be running PC or Macintosh, and they do not need to have Video
Express in order to play messages back.

Video Express can import and send a number of existing multimedia file types, including
WAV, AVI, MOV and ASF files. Video Express can even send and play presentations
created in PowerPoint 97.

Instant voice and video e-mail: an application whose time has come

''Voice and Video e-mail may now be an Internet application whose time has come,''
says John F. Cruz, President of ImageMind software. ''By combining streaming
technology with e-mail, Video Express lets people use their computer to communicate
over distances more easily, more completely and less expensively than before.''

''More and more customers are using multimedia as a core component of their
communications,'' said Gary Schare, lead product manager for NetShow at Microsoft
Corporation [Nasdaq:MSFT - news]. ''We are excited to see ImageMind using
NetShow technology to help enable the delivery of voice and video over e-mail.''
