TO ALL: Also left a message at Digital River with Greg regarding a possible DR IPO. First, let me complement him for his timely return of my call. While I wasn't home, he left a message answering my question to the best of his ability ( and no doubt to the extent the SEC will allow.) " We are actively pursuing a public offering. We are moving as fast as we can on it. I can't give you the particulars for obvious reasons, but we are trying to get it done as quickly as possible." May have missed a word or punctuation mark here or there thus negating the quotes, but that's pretty much verbatim. Wish I'd been able to speak to him directly regarding the potential impact for TSQD holders, but considering the 30 day forward notice required, I would not at all be surprised to hear an IPO announcement in the very near future.
