Phil: I understand what you are saying, but my point is that the HUGE compatibility has not been properly addressed by anyone, and I doubt if it will be IOM with their current problems. But it is a huge enough market, that in the next year or so, someone will come along with a better compatible product that does fill this HUGE market.

Philip,
LS-120 didn't get popular until recently because it has production and marketing problem. If Zip is backward compatible, there will be no place for LS-120 and HiFD.

My friend has a LS-120 in his old Compaq. Pretty neat but I want to see what HiFD can do first before I buy one.
