I had 30 JBIL APR 30 calls. The calls were worth $5 on friday. I assumed they would just assign me the 3000 shares since when they are more than 1/4 in the money so I could sell them today. Today those are worth 1 point more since the stocks @ 36. So you are talking 18k here. When I called the only thing I got was well the calls expired since you didnt tell us anything. ?????? What they just throw out your money? Usually the shares just get put into my account on monday and I have till the end of the day to sell them. Cheaper than trying to cash in the options. Also I had sold some puts in another stock which did get assigned to me and it showed up today. And last month when I had 30 MAR 35 puts and JBIL was around 34, they did take my stock and stick it to whoever @ 35. Seems really strange that they just let it expire worthless like that.
