AJ, don't forget to insure your satellites. Nov. 17 and 18, we will pass through the worst part of the debris stream of the comet 55/P Temple-Tuttle. Unlike most years' "Leonid meteor showers", this year's will be particularly heavy with up to 100,000 meteors per hour at times. Haven't passed through this part of the stream since 1966 when there were only a handful of satellites in orbit. Since we will be approaching the debris head on, relative velocities will be more than 150,000MPH at which speeds a grain of sand would have the kenetic energy of a .22 caliber bullet.

Just thought you'd want to know. Make sure those premiums are paid up.
