The Banks have been coming off an overbought position, is what I thought. It seems like just a natural "letting off steam" which should precede either another move towards new highs od....if there is bad news somewhere, a decline below where a recovery would be viable near term across the board.

These IBM earnings may provide some fireworks. I think it was last year or maybe the year before that they came out strong, the market moved higher for 3 hours, and fell like a rock on no further news.

One thing for certain, I won't stay short overnight.
