Juanita: you are absolutely correct! I do not think that the IRS would allow Firamada to take over Myriad if everything wasn't on the up and up. After all, they are in the business of taking the last breath out of those who owe them money, which to me is kind of humerous since Ira talked them down on the price. Also, giving the financial package to the NASD and to Atrix would be suicide if the numbers didn't jive.

Juanita,

I don't think the IRS cared about anything except a collateralization
document from a financial lender saying they could obtain a line
of credit to make the payments. I don't believe IRS is in the
business of reviewing company financial records unless they are
auditing them. I may be off base with this thought, but I believe
all they wanted was some agreement to pay and proof they could.
