Let's quit it with the PSFT takeover rumors. VNTV is going up do to fundamental strength in the business. Growing market share in SFA and leadership position in other front-office segments. Even at today's price of $39, VNTV trades at less than 5x fwd 12-mo revenues relative to SEBL's 10x multiple (probably more like 7-8x, assuming they continue to beat estimates).
