John,

I believe a lender went over them with a magnifying glass, but
not sure about how detailed the IRS would do the same. I equate
it to buying a house. The bank checks you out because they are on
the hook to make sure they get repaid. The IRS is more or less the
owner at this point and only wants payment. This may be a simple
view but its how I perceived the process.
