Airborn---- The meeting on May 22 may be the death of ALYD. Rarely do the stockholders respond with enough gumption to vote down even the most stupid requests of mgmt. Seems this BS was timed great for them--- announce positive earnings so the price goes up one day and sink it with dilution in the same week. I will give them until the end of the month to show they deserve any more of my time or money--- you are correct Gruder is only worried about his pocket and to hell with us!!!
