I hope that the "transfer" of wealth and potential does not transfer ONLY to FNET as it appears it might. I know the equipment purchases will be large, but a few million dollars of sales will not make FTEL the "giant" we wish it would be.

I hope that this move isn't the forerunner of transfer of value and future growth to a new entity other than FTEL that provides for the enrichment of the "insiders" again at the expense of FTELers.

That is to say the FTEL owned portion of FNET (65% probably)is controlled at the board and CEO's direction and may be prone for dilution or distribution at their discretion.

I hope we are not left with a 5 Million dollar corporation owning a small percentage of the Billion dollar giant FNET.

On a brighter note. Looks like VS has become a "partial-believer". That's some transition.
