Juanita, I understand how big organizations work. You get much information by osmosis just from being nearby and working with it day in and day out. I will concede that the IRS is a horse of a different color when it comes to their operations. I just find it hard to believe they would get down in the dirt of a company's financial records just to complete a sale of ceased asset. I figured they are not in the staffing business and only want to unload it and get the tax owed to them. I yield to your background knowledge. Kevin
