Andre - Investing their leadership into this future company will be making a long commitment for value, quality, and service to it's targeted customer base. Buying into a company is very similar to the principals of caring for a child. (If you do not luv it - then It'll turn on the trusted guardian; If you luv the child, then you can hold your head up high and tell the world: I truly am doing my best in my life long commitment - it never stops!) After all, a man's soul and good spirit is what it is truly about. Jack Arnold is a good man, and he wants also the positive things in life; and I ponder to think, as my dad instructed me, "It's not over until I say it's over". Best wishes:)

I spoke to Jack Arnold this afternoon. As the previous lurker post stated, it's a done deal!!! Reverse split effectively immediately. Reverse merger effectively immediately. Just waiting on NASDAQ and the SEC to issue to go ahead and the proper paper work. I reiterated to Jack the sentiments of the majority of the people here on this board. A 300/1!!!!!! What in the hell was WOTD thinking to issue it before the merger announcement. His reply, "pennies will be pennies." They, WOTD are not concerned with the current price of the stock. What idiots!!!!! Any of you who believe that WOTD is going to make it right between now an APRIL 30th, you are living in rose colored glass houses. It's not going to happen!! Once it is trading under the new symbol and you have less shares in your pocket, their goes all your rights, including voting rights!!!!! WAKE UP!!!!! I told him, "do you realize that nobody in the investment community is going to trust WOTD? "Who do you expect's going to even purchase one share of WOTD after this fiascal?" Jack told me, "WOTD initially wanted to do a 500/1 reverse split, but because of his tough negotiating, he was able to get it down to 300/1. Give me a break!!!! I also told him, WOTD would have been better off going public on their own, because now they have no credibility, including Jack Arnold." People you can not believe a word Jack tells you at this stage of the game. He said, and I quote, "anything from here on out is not Jack Arnold's decision, it WOTD's decision." I said, do you realize that WOTD needs to correct this immediately or there stock will go nowhere, might even go down to .001." Jack said, I have suggested that to them (WOTD). I said, AND? Jack said, "it's under consideration." My whole take on the conversation: You don't have to turn your back while their screwing you because they want to see the white's of your eyes!!! KAA what's the name of the lawyer firm? I have a lawyer in the wing, but he's not experienced in this particular area. If I'm going to spend any more money on CVIA/WOTD, I want to spend on someone who know's what they are doing. Anyone who wishes to follow up on the lawsuit, please send me a private message and the amount your willing to donate. Checks made payable to the Lawyer firm.
