Do I understand you correctly? Are you stating that DELL and CPQ are substantially similar? I don't think that DELL and CPQ are substantially similar. Two different companies entirely. I guess I am not yet done with this issue! <<gg>> I will dig deeper, but I believe two different companies are different no matter what. I believe, if I recall, substantially similar has been very narrowly construed and would not apply to two different companies even if they are the same sector or whatever....well, I will find some difinitive sources and return with the word from on high! :) -Scott
