I voted against?

I think the company needs to provide more answers and prove itself before they get any vote of confidence from shareholders.
-I want to know what management intends to give itself in stock options.
-I would like to see a more clear business plan with pro's and con's.

We shouldn't be requires to piss in the dark when the company has had a stormy past.

The more I analyze management's request for more shares and reverse split the more I get a bad taste in my mouth. I am still wondering why Mr. Copeland and other insider's did not buy on the open market when the stock was at .01 to .10 (according to the record he voted, for, with 45,258 shares - Probably less than many of you own). They were either broke or did not have enough confidence to put their own money on the line. Now they want their cake and eat it, with a stock option plan.

Imagine the board all sitting around a table deciding who gets what of our current 2/3 equity.

Management better cough up some more info IMO.
