Ron,If they did $150 million in sales I would expect $1.14(with no margin improvement over 1997).With margin improvement I expect at least $1.20.If the net operating margin was the same as 1996's(6.66%) eps should be $1.34.Deduct $.10 per share from these estimates to take into account Optimag. Annual meeting will be held on 4/24.Q1 earnings will be announced on 4/28 after the close.The conference call will be important since it will give us some idea about Q2 and beyond. I still think about an eps of $.80+ as the downside estimate from the analysts(it makes me feel better). David
