I wrote an E-mail to one of the head guys at Thayer Group Mr. O'Donahue: Thanks for your mail to Paul Stern on ATC. In short, insomuch as Thayer Capital would be one of the largest proforma shareholders post merger,it will be our foremost goal to support all shareholders. Our goals will be perfectly aligned with all ATC shareholders, and we aim to work hard to support all shareholders. However, this transaction is in the publicmarkets and is pending, subject to shareholder approval, so I can comment no further at this time.
