James Donald and his management team plus the Board should be fired long time ago. These guys continue milking the company without any accountability and unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. It is sad!!! Just give up and find some other worthy companies for your money.

The problems are deeper and go considerably farther back than October 1995. Pull up a max-time chart on Yahoo and look hard at '91 to early '92. Look up newspaper reports and numbers from that period. Then pull up charts on a few favorite growth stocks, lest excessive weltschmerz set in. DIGI has at times past been a great stock for exploiting speculative situations, if you have a stomach for high risk. I've been out since late '94, and I still keep a jumbo bottle of Maalox and some Pepcid around. Great ride, but was it really worth it? Is it an investment? Depends perhaps upon where you feel like drawing the line between incentive and throwing money into a black hole.
