Gentlemen: Methinks you act too hastily. The proxy is merely a request AUTHORIZE the increase of number of shares outstanding. Thats not to say they will be running right out and making an acquisition. I think it would be a darn shame to acquire a company iwth stock when the stock is at a discount price. Since ALYD has performed worse (IMHO) than most of the market in general it would be very difficult for ALYD to make a decent purchase at this time. Jeff, what is your thinking on this. You have been strangely SILENT. JDN

Begging pardon, All, for my off topic post, but figured I'd clarify a matter regarding the Yahoo! ALYD thread. Someone is apparently continuing the impersonation game: messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com [Friends often call me Bouncy.] For the record. I no longer post on Yahoo!, have not posted there for months, 'cause I consider the place to be a garbage can. (If you need an example of this, please visit the CSGI thread there - crawling with impersonator/s using multiple aliases.) I do not hold ALYD at present, sold on the day of the message to which I am responding. I never make buy/sell recommendations, since I hardly know what to do myself, let alone telling anybody else what to do. The best to all! Cheers, Svejk abitare.it
