IBM $200. This market has much higher P/E this year than last year, IBM deserves higher P/E this year even their earning is similar to last year.

NOBODY cares about growth or value. As long as someone wants to buy. Don't you think so? TXN, LRCX, NVLS et al are saying no growth or decline revenue, but they are still going up FAST. A(s-h)lysts and management just put out a little positive spin (although it's long time away, NOONE will remember these (un)truely statements THEN.)
