I usually make more money buying out companies like FTEL that have done as they are doing and crashed.Being on this side of a fence with so many holes all you gotta do is point and shoot gives me the Heebies to say the least.This being my less thoughtout investment in 97 and surely my biggest looser is not making 98 any easier considering several of my other positions are all ready well over 60 percent.Its about that june 1 profit taking time and my FTEL is not being cooperative at all.

Hey David, I guess my question then would be, why wasn't this an issue for you and charles when the latest filings were made? Both of you should just admit that your frustrated and this is where you have chosen to vent. These issues will be cleared up for you when the stock moves a half a point up, right? So David, what did today's announcement change for you? It didn't change the ownership percentage, and it hasn't changed the possibility of any future change in percentage, has it? Did I miss that? Or did you not think that Frank would be CEO fo FTEL and FNET? I am definitely confused on what todays news release has to do with what you or charles are discussing? Was something that perhaps you didn't consider raised? If so, please tell me. You just get done saying that his arguement has been around for over a year, but it is just an issue for you now? Charles I know has been pissy since that ETEL nonsense, and poor performance of FTEL and VOCLF, but David what has changed for?
