Now we have the NASDR investigating a market maker involved in FIBR, for shorting a stock in a way which is against the rules, and possibly using the media to aid them in their endeavor. You know the FIBR story as well as I.

In how many markets does Fiero make a market? I would have guessed hundreds or thousands, but perhaps I'm wrong. Do we know they've been short Osicom? I'd like to get a handle on whether we can draw a correlation to FIBR.

If a firm maintains a large ownership position in a company they need to report it, but I don't think there are any such reporting requirements for holding a large short position -- maybe there should be! I'd also like to know who shorted Cityscape into near oblivion.

Let's see, I said, "It's really hard to believe that folks still believe that "it's the shorts fault". But I see the same thing on the Solv Ex thread, even thought the shorts have moved on. It's a lot easier to blame some mass conspiracy than to admit that you made a real poor investing choice."

I don't believe that my above statement precludes the presence of "manipulation". You stated "Both Barb and Craig have shot down any manipulation or conspiracy theries all together", and this is clearly mistaken. But your response does demonstrate the veracity of my statement. I believe I am being 100% consistent, and I believe you can't accept that other folks can look at the same set of facts and come to a different conclusion than do you. Therefore, anyone who claims to have a different perspective must be lying (because they did come to the same conclusion as you did) and is attempting to "manipulate" the stock.

>>>It's no longer far fetched to think something very fishy has gone on with this stock, that has nothing to do with the management.<<<

It is not farfetched to think that something fishy has gone on with this company that has to do with management, in my opinion. Believe what you want, I know I'm not going to talk you out of it. But the short sellers target shaky companies, not companies that are going to make considerable strides in the future.
