Maybe fifteen years ago a guy from Portland, Ore, tried to overtake a company in Vancouver, WA - almost succeeded, his ole life caught up with him, he was a felon. Never be surprised how track records follow bad souls - if it smells like dung - well it is dung -;

Today it does not matter if I'm in, or on the sidelines. I'm listening.

I have discussed this situation with several people whom I trust, and also have a stake in this CVIA/WOTD situation, the general feeling is, to go ahead and seek legal counsel, and have them ready to come into play at a moments notice, if things are as they have been presented to us. Or if WOTD does what they say they are going to do, and try to "set things" right, then there is NO need to proceed any further.

As I said before I have a 3 PM meeting with one of these firms, on another matter, but will also bring this issue up. Those of you thinking that this is the right way to play this... PM me with a short message stating you are "interested in exploring a possible class action proceedings" and some way to have this legal firm contact you. If there is more than 10 people respond, I will print this out and give it to these Lawyers so that they can see that this is a serious matter and at least start pursuing some of the details and legalities. Also see there is a "grass roots" interest in a Class Action.

I do not mind getting the ball rolling, after that I will be able to step out of this and not get mouse trapped between CVIA / WOTD and the share holders, let the lawyers contact each of the participating parties, individually.

As to the non SI people and lurkers, can send a short message to this email address and it will also count. zone27@hotmail.com

But in order to get any type of consideration, there must be at least 10 names / contacts to start with.

Its each and everyone of your choice on what to do, so I am not giving advice or try to encourage you in either way, because this is a very serious matter. I am doing what I feel is right for my situation, and will only be a "messenger" for the rest of you interested in this.

I will need the messages no later than 12 noon EST so that it will give me a little time to get this printed and presentable.

I have over 272,000 shares in CVIA. I do not understand what we are going to receive from a lawsuit. Is their any money in CVIA/WOTD to settle a lawsuit if it was successful?
