Very interesting that BARS was the lead underwriter for the FNDTF IPO on March 13, 1998. One wonders if that influenced BARS view of CKFR.

Anybody think this will move the price?

Looks like a non-event to me. Provides a little more cash for CKFR, and focuses them more than ever like a laser on the core franchise of e-bill and consumer billpay.
