I think it is both. Your reasons are quite plausible but some of the more conservative folks want to see the numbers in black and white.

Good comments Lucky.

Especially this one 1. The reverse merger no. not settled. 4/1,3/2,2/1.M

There is only 1 thing as bad as negative news on Wall Street, and that is uncertainty.

Rampant uncertainty at this point in the stock.
And they are not on minor issues

WILL Famh merge with ATXI or NOT?
If an ATXI merger occurs what happens to your stock? Do you get 50% (2:1) of what you have? 33% (3:1) ? 25% (4:1)

The people here are obviously believers, but we are preaching to the choir here. To move FAMH at this stage you need new blood, and most new blood.. or at least new blood with lots of money is NOT going to move into FAMH until these issues are cleared up. (if at all) Reverse mergers to a person glancing at FAMH for 5 minutes look just like a reverse merger. From reading about FAMH on other threads people dont take the time to go in depth and see the issues, and that is the problem. If you spend 5 minutes of DD on FAMH to judge whether you should invest more time on DD, the 1st thing you see is you will lose at least 50% of your shares, up to 75% of your shares. That is a huge turn off to those that dont feel a NASDAQ listing is worth it.

We will drift until ATXI is cleared up...
