My read on the stock offering is that it's a good deal.
ACSC only had a bit over 6 mil. shares out prior to this
and their acquisition is going to be accretive to the bottom
line immediately (their words). Also, most of the proceeds
are going to the company with insiders selling only 500m
shares. I think this pull back is a buying opportunity.
