CTXS. This will straight line the impact of the $100mm royalty from MSFT from "Release To Manufacturing" through May 2002. 4yrs = 16 qtrs= $6.25mm/qtr in additional revenue @ 100% GM = $6.25mm EBT at 36% tax rate = $4mm in NI on 44.8mm shrs = approximately $.09/s/qtr in additional to the core business. IMOO.

In other words Ctxs gets its royalties on time so long as it fulfills its end in producing code for NT, even if NT 5.0 continues to get later?
