Jatin, CNTR could move as you are forecasting, and maybe not; but regardless of what it does short-term, I still do not buy the rosy long-term picture that Centura is painting for us.

Yes, the new "management" appears to be willing to cut whatever it has to cut in order to get the share price above $1.90 so that they and their friends can profit from the deal (which may be good for short-term speculators); but this is all being done at the expense of the company's long-term shareholders who are once again getting screwed while the company continues to run around in circles.

So what's new, right? We have not yet forgotten where we were 18 months ago:

New management with grandiose ideas. New stated direction. Two or three profitable quarters at the expense of long-term growth. Marlene is still working long hours. And Kathy still hasn't decided where and how to market the company's products...

As someone posted earlier, where is the beef?
