Theres a possible(Mr.Grutza's correct) legal problem in Japan with DUV technology with one of Cymer's customers either Canon or Nikon which Cymer would help indemnify . As I understand in doing business with Japan domestic policy is a priority. Japan has a huge stake in the Korea debt/crisis and one way to alleviate some is to make deals. 1.Samsung > lith deal with ASML 1.Komatsu >lith deal AMSL 2.Samsung and Komatsu? 1+1=2? And half - its already settled. Not a trial run.

Like I said speculation always something underlying in all business deals ask any business man ask me- National accounts don't go to the best. It goes to "who is best in bed" with or best in __________ fill in the blank.

Looked thru Komatsu wBase and I couldn't find a laser. Anyone else find one. Again wouldn't that make all the Electronic News headlines. Is this a part of the Lamda P Japan announcement? Just trying to beat the bushes.
