Well, with the little bit of excitement over the INTC suit and the FTC actions we've seen some price action on INGR. Anyone have any thoughts as to whether we'll get back up above 10, or is this it?

If INGR continues against INTC, is there any likelyhood of a settlement that would have a substantive impact on INGR's value or business prospects? I'm not a big fan of companies attempting to make money through the legal system, but it sure doesn't seem like INGR has any other real impressive developments beyond their recent workstation hardware offering. Being a high end box maker is not the most lucrative business I can think of, just ask DEC and others.

What can INGR do to enhance shareholder value? Are Meadlock & cronies the high-tech visionaries needed to lead this company into the future ... hmmm?
