As with previous reports, the devil will once again be in the 10Q detail.

I don't entirely share your enthusiasm on the expense-line management - GP actually declined by 14.5%, while operating expenses excluding one-offs went down only 8%.

Cashflow is difficult to assess without depreciation information, but I'd guess the company is still cash negative on its operations, possibly around $2.5m for the quarter. The reduction in AP and deferred revenues alone will have hoovered up $5m.

I also agree that the source of the expense reductions should be a medium term concern, with R&D hit for a further 14% reduction in the quarter, while sales got away with 9% and GA only 7%.

Still alive, but still precarious.

Top line growth is negative and I do not think they had much revenues from Info spinner products so I can not be attributed to it. And with price below 5 dollars it will be no where near radars of the investors with deep pockets. Until then, it will be in the traders hands. Tomorrow will tell.

Reagrds,
