Collin, do these rules apply to BB companies too? I heard that they don't. I am no expert however. Actually, Levenworth might be nice this time of year. LOL!

Is this reporting required for BB stocks that acquire listed company stocks?

My concern is when does FAMH have to report before movement to the pink sheets? I think a lot of pennies are off their mark because of this concern and MM are taking advantage of the situation.

Also if MM hold enough shares they can send price artificially up or down. With a ratio of 1.7/1 buys to sells they can't continue this forever and the price should eventually overcorrect to the next level - IMHO. In the process they shake loose a few shares from nervous investors.
