But let's not gloss over the fact that tactics of misinformation, disinformation, innuendo, character assasination, etc. however clever and gay, were employed to create nothing but fear & anxiety-- and for that, the perpetrators are slimy sleazebags in my book. You gotta be kidding...I may not be able to get a criminal indictment, but maybe I can get them permanently booted off the most popular chat boards...anyone who thinks this is "business as usual", has a sick and perverted sense of what a reasonable person should expect for a financial marketplace. Other changes might include SI and other boards mandating disclosure (name, email id, etc.) of anyone who wants to post, etc.; cease the ability of folks to come on with multiple id's, etc.; require verification of address, phone, etc. in the event of any inquiry by SEC or other governmental authorities of inappropriate activity. If they show up at my doorstep with a wound, you can bet I'll keep a virgin box of Morton salt (iodized, of course), just for the occasion...give me a break...
