As of April 1, 1998, companies selling ADRs on the NASDAQ had to file some form to remain 'listed', although their shares continue to be sold in the 'pink sheets'. Evidently, SAp didn't file the form on time. So, you can't get quotes on some quote engines like Yahoo.

Microsoft Investor, PCQuote and Motley Fool still report the daily prices at the end of the day. SAPHY (the NASDAQ ADR shares) rose 7 1/2 today to $175.5 I don't see alot of downside pressure on these shares until after NYSE listing (and 4 for 1 split) in August, given their recent revenues and earnings announcement.

Patric, I didn't see the Ledger today. What did you do to get into the Ledger today? I hope it wasn't in the arrest listings or anything bad! :^)

Good Investing.
