Just because a firm announces that it will sell via a new medium does not mean it should trade at multiples similar to those enjoyed by "entrenched" firms. I believe that KTEL is overvalued at these levels, and plan on shorting if we see the upper 40's again (mind you with a tight stop ;-)

You might be right for now but one day( very soon) KTEL will be crashing back down to reality. How many KC and the Sunshine Band records/CDs can you sell.

Could you find any stock that rises almost 10 fold in a week, but Bre-X. Has it ever happens that a same analyst within 3 days values a stock @ 5 and then change it to the range of 30-50.
What would happen if Philip Morris decides to sell its Marlboro on the Net. Will it go to 400 within a week????
