I hope this helps. Acquisitions During the first quarter of 1998, the Company acquired five (5) companies engaged in the waste and environmental industries. These acquisitions were completed primarily in exchange for restricted Common Stock of the Company. Based upon unaudited proforma financial statements for these acquisitions, the 1997 revenues were approximately $14,287,123 and the annualized revenues for 1998 are expected to increase by approximately 10% overall. The Company expects the net operating cash flow from these acquisitions will be positive, which will reduce the amount of capital required from outside sources. Modano : )
