ON TOPIC....SORT OF.... Steve, I really wanted to get medieval in this response to you, but that isn't my normal style. I am curious, however, as to which words in my earlier post were objectionable to you. "Infamous" as opposed to "famous"? No, I would think you might enjoy the more dangerous implication. Was it my reference to "frightening investors"? I think this may have struck a nerve, as your band of followers began to wave flags of First Amendment rights in response to Westergaard's misguided bounty for your identity. But whether you may choose words like "warn" as opposed to "frighten", was your purpose not the same on PLSIA? The uninvolved readers on this thread probably have no notion of what either of us are talking about, but you and I understand very well. I haven't followed the PLSIA story for some time, but I sincerely empathize with shareholders due to the restatement of earnings and the conflict between Premier and Schein. If I offended you by using the word "garbage", well...what would you call these quick excerpts from Yahoo?messages.yahoo.com @m2.yahoo.commessages.yahoo.com @m2.yahoo.com I could find many more if I were so inclined. Garbage, by any other name, still stinks. But more importantly, your presence here on AGTI actually helps to prove the point I was trying to make in referencing you. Any sane and rational mind who might review the PLSIA thread...say beginning around August, 1997...would conclude that you did everything in your power to destroy Premier Laser in the eyes of shareholders or potential shareholders. Your level of knowledge about dental applications of lasers is, arguably, far greater than that of any combatants you faced on the thread. Could we agree that your posts were very effective? And is it true that you are, or were, a sales rep for one of PLSIA's major competitors, ILT? I rest my case. I note that you closed your post to me by listing a string of "victories" and then offering the following: Hardrocker, before knocking people like myself, who do good research and have track records (of success) to prove it, I suggest you learn how to do a little research yourself. Thanks for the advice. I will follow your suggestion and do a little research on personality disorders in adult males who compulsively self promote. I have always heard that such compulsions are often used as a vehicle to mask feelings of inadequacy and impotency. Should make for some interesting light reading. That's as medieval as I'll become.... Best Regards, Hardrocker
