I haven't looked at the press release except glancingly, but common sense says that the CFO will take this opportunity to write down the company as much as possible to make next quarters look good.

But next qtr is supposed to be 25% less in revenue than this qtr, so the writeoff you are looking for is coming soon.

cnbc noted that apm closed at 10.25, so maybe there was after hours trading?
