you "do not a clue", well iomega will either have a lot of cash on hand or it will be broke, why worry about the lawsuit at this time.

If the shareholder lawsuits are so serious, why then did none of the analysts at the CC inquire about it?

Did you hear that a shareholder lawsuit was initiated against Compaq? They accuse the CEO of stock manipulation and channel stuffing. Clearly a case of stock manipulation, no?
