A good way to participate in this great bull market of litigation that you anticipate for some reason is to buy shares in those dishonest companies before they lie and wait for the lawyers to come to you with class action proposals galore <g>. Then you can wait for years and years for the lawyers to get you your fair share. And you just may make some money by being long the company while you wait (if you choose) because you surely won't make anything by waiting for the lawyers to bring their take down to the bottom line to share with you <g>.

Look at Wee, Cheetum & Howe as a legal investment vehicle. It is a limited partnership out of Florida which may meet your needs. Be warned: commission to purchase is at least 33 1/3% and the minimum holding period is fixed to coincide with your check out time. But, hey, why the heck should you care. You are a long term investor, right?

With the dollar appreciating against the Yen and US bond rates at Japan's, I wonder if you can share the reason for your fear that Japan's poor economy would induce the Japanese to sell off US bonds?. TIA, Scott
