Sid.... I make mention of the short investigation just because I would assume that DHMG would be filling suit against Fahnestock. I know that SEC is beginning to come down on Market Makers for what is termed as a "bear raid." As you well know, it's when a Market Maker, most often in collusion with other Market Makers, manipulate trading to drive down the stock price. Last week, Fiero Brothers, Falcon Trading, and Sovereign Equity Management Group were charged with several securities violations. These violations included manipulation, violation of rules related to short sales and violating standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade. I think they were sited in 10 securities. Again, I make mention because Fiero has been active with Fahnestock in DHMG's market. I would assume the SEC would be looking into most of Feiro's markets. Food for thought. JPerry
