David, Wholly owned .......until the announcement that just said that it was being spun off and correct me I'm wrong, but doesn't that mean literally?

That's not to say that they won't have a stake, but they will no longer be the property of Franklin, nor will they run under Franklin management.

Spin off, as in a rose is a rose, is a rose.

David.. See raleigh's reply to my pointed question. That is the scenario that was discussed around the SHM... my altzheimer's is setting in early...

But stay on it. The FTEL % of FNET is the BIG future here, IMHO..But so is whether we get a big investor to fund first. Like the difference between a train ride or a rocket ship!!
