Like I suggested, say on it... I'm a holder of FTEL and happy to be, but I expect a share of FNET beyond the equipment sales. Nothing has been said so far that counters that thought..

David, This looks like a similiar scenario to Intercell. The share price was once at $5.75. Today it is running at $0.08 a share. The CEO kept spinning off subsidiarys and creating new stock for each company to fund his low priced options. On each spinoff, he was major shareholder in the new companies while the INCE shareholders were left with no value and worthless stock.
I would be very surprised if you realize anything from this spinoff. The INCE shareholders are trying to force the President to give them shares out of the other subsidiarys but he is only interested in lining his own pockets. They always say they have shareholders best interests at heart but the greed gets to them every time.If this is different, I am happy for you.
James
